Thank you for choosing Andrew Joseph Photography. Because we specialize in custom-made photography products, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

Custom Printed Items

All products, including canvases and framed prints, are made-to-order. We do not keep a backstock of pre-printed items; each piece is custom-produced once your order is placed.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom nature of these prints, all sales are final. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."

  • Incorrect size or frame selection by the customer.

  • Color variations caused by different monitor settings.

Damage & Quality Guarantee

I take great pride in my prints. If your item arrives damaged or has a significant printing defect (e.g., ink streaks or incorrect cropping), I will replace it at no cost to you.

  • Please inspect your print immediately upon arrival.

  • Email contact@ajcaptures.store within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • I will arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped to you immediately.
